A highlight of the aquarium is the 360-degree ocean tunnel, the only one of its kind in Texas, which allows visitors to walk through a tank filled with sharks, rays, turtles, and other marine life. The facility includes 16 themed zones, such as a rainforest area, interactive touchpools with starfish and hermit crabs, and a sea turtle rescue exhibit. Additional displays feature jellyfish, seahorses, clownfish, and freshwater species. Feeding demonstrations and talks by staff are scheduled throughout the day, and behind-the-scenes tours offer a deeper look into aquarium operations and marine conservation.

The aquarium typically takes one and a half to three hours to explore. Operating hours are generally from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM on weekdays, with extended hours on weekends. Last entry is usually 90 minutes before closing. Admission is priced around twenty dollars for adults and slightly less for children, with combination ticket options also available. Parking is located at the mall and is typically free.
